Built on 25 years of leadership experience and extensive behavioural science knowledge, Helping Reach Potential (HRP) was founded in 2017 by Hector Riva-Palacio.

The company takes a refreshing approach to developing senior leaders and emerging talent, creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and capable leaders. These empowered people go on to build incredible teams that deliver significant business results.

Having created the Adjust Advance Achieve^® method to develop great leaders for the modern world, HRP has already helped 1,800 people improve their leadership ability. Flexible in delivery, the approach uses a bespoke-built learning platform coupled with team workshops and one-to-one coaching to help leaders understand their strengths, foster the right mindset, and engage with others successfully.
