The focus of Adjust Advance Achieve® now shifts to helping you manage your emotions. Advance is important because, to be a dynamic leader, you must have emotional intelligence and the right mindset.
The course helps you understand how and why you react in a certain way to situations, where your core beliefs come from, and which mindsets may pull you in the wrong direction. You’ll then learn how to overcome challenging thoughts to develop constructive, purposeful emotions.
Advance helps leaders find a self-assured, calm, and mindful place to build from. These are the characteristics teams need from their leader to be inspired and grow with them.

Having progressed through Adjust and Advance you’re ready to learn how to achieve more in your role. This means knowing how to have quality conversations with team members, peers, and stakeholders. Constructive, influential, and results-driven conversations. The Achieve course teaches exactly this.
A key factor for successful leadership concerns engaging better with people around you. To do this, you must first have the right mindset yourself, then understand how to motivate and influence others. They must want to join you on your business growth journey.
