Adjust Advance Achieve® is a self-paced leadership development programme that helps you grow both professionally and personally to achieve your career aspirations. That may concern faster career progression or something more ambitious.
Built around an online learning platform, Adjust Advance Achieve® has helped over 1,800 people improve their leadership ability.
The programme takes you through three structured courses. You start with Adjust (including a complimentary Strengthscope® psychometric test). You can then build on your knowledge and ability by completing Advance and Achieve.
While you choose your learning pace (you gain 12 months access to the platform), we recommend allocating two hours per week. Each course requires ten hours of study using a variety of videos, worksheets, activities, and learnings. You’ll also want time to reflect on what you’ve learnt and put new techniques into practice.
The platform also offers you an array of tools that may help you with different challenges in your role. For example, you’ll find a growth plan tool that helps you structure conversations with your team.
At the outset, you complete a Strengthscope® psychometric test. Giving you a 15-page report that unpacks your core strengths and values, the programme builds from this deep self-awareness.
